  1. What are the payment methods?

The payment methods are:

  • cash on delivery (you will pay when the courier arrives); please be aware this is not available for all the destinations, only for Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Letonia, Lithuania, Estonia, Hungary. DHL doesn't have this option.
  • Payment by card (before completing the order, you will be redirected to the secure Stripe platform where you can make the payment by card);
  • Payment by bank transfer (after completing the order, you can transfer the value of the order to the account of SC Galeria Kiliman SRL, and after sending the proof of payment to the e-mail galiakiliman [at] gmail.com , your order will be processed);

2. Can I pick up the package from the premises?

Coletele se livrează doar prin intermediul serviciilor de curierat Fan Courier / Sameday / DHL (pentru expeditii internationale), la adresa menționată în comandă.

3. Is there a possibility of international delivery?

Yes, of course! We differentiate ourselves from other merchants by shipping international parcels to all countries where this service is offered to us by DHL, Romanian Post and Packeta. If the country you live in is not served by these companies, we will look for an alternative way of delivering the product (e.g. to a friend/family member who can bring it to you personally). Please note that the customs office where you pick up the package may ask you to pay custom / import taxes. The payment of these fees is your responsibility.

4. What do I do if the package was not delivered on time?

Generally, parcels leave our premises as soon as possible, but there is a likelihood that they will be late for various reasons (such as, but not limited to: bad weather, busy periods, unforeseen events, armed conflicts). After sending the package you will receive your AWB number and the website where you can check the status of your order or call us / text us at +40 720 834 782 to check the status of your order.

 

5. When are the products delivered?

Generally, the package is delivered in 24-48h for orders placed from Monday to Thursday until 14:00, and those placed from Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered from Monday.

6. How much does the shipping will cost me?

In Romania, the cost of shipping is

  • 12 lei pentru comenzile până în 200 de lei; gratuit pentru comenzile de peste 200 de lei în rețeaua Packeta România.
  • 25 de lei pentru comenzile până în 300 de lei; gratuit pentru comenzile de peste 200 de lei în rețeaua Fan Curier și Cargus (livrare acasă)
  • 30 de lei pentru comenzile până în 300 de lei; gratuit pentru comenzile de peste 300 de lei în rețeaua Sameday (livrare acasă sau easybox).
  • Pentru celelalte destinații, prețul transportului este afișat în pagina de check-out, înainte de plată.

7. Can I return or change an order?

Yes for the returns! Regarding the the exchange part, because most of our products are hand made and unique, there are very few changes we will find something similar (not impossible, we will do our best). The products can be returned within 14 days, the cost of the return being payed by the customer, and after checking the products (to be in the same condition in which they were delivered), within 14 days we will send the value of the order via bank transfer to the customer’s account. If the products show signs of wear and are unable to be resold, the value of the order will not be transferred and the package will be returned to the customer.

If the package is destroyed and/or the product is visible through the packaging, you have the right to refuse delivery by mentioning this to the courier and notifying us as soon as possible (preferably on the same day) by email or phone. Your acceptance of an improperly delivered parcel means that you assume responsibility for the event that the contents of the parcel are affected and/or destroyed. 

8. Cum îmi pot modifica datele de livrare/facturare?

Pentru a vă modifica datele de livrare și facturare, intrați în „Contul meu”, logați-vă și intrați la secțiunea „Adrese” pentru a face modificările necesare. Bineinteles, acest lucru se poate face doar până în momentul în care coletul a fost livrat de noi. Dacă a aparut o situație deosebită și nu mai puteți primi coletul la adresa specificată în comandă, vă rugăm să ne anunțați în timp util pentru a găsi o soluție pentru dvs.
