For rugs / kilims / textiles: being made manually, there may be differences in size between one side and the other (up to 2 cm, otherwise these details will be mentioned next to each product).
For vintage carpets and kilims there can be differences within the same color – it is called abrash and it is an effect due to manual wool dyeing, some wool threads absorbing more color than the others, either because they were left more time in the dye, some fibres absorbing more colour than others, either because the mordant used was different or had a different concentration. This effect is even sought after by collectors, increasing the value of the kilim.
Also, although our carpets are inspected very carefully, it is possible that certain carpets are affected by moths (or their larvae), show discoloration and even holes. If we have a kilim that has such defects, but is still put up for sale, we will clearly state this in the advertisement of the respective product. After placing the order, we will confirm all details with the customer to avoid possible further misunderstandings.
If you are not fully satisfied with the item you have received, please let us know that you wish to return the product within 3 days of receiving the package. If the return is made from the territory of Romania, the return fees will be payed by us, and if the return is made from another country, the shipping fees will be payed by you. We can arrange the best shipping option for return with you. Please do not send packages with cash on delivery – they will not be accepted.
After we receive the product back, we will inspect it and the amount paid by you will be refunded to your account within 14 days, only if the product is found in the same condition as it was delivered.
